Kate Bronicheski is a Engagement Manager with Odgers Interim. She is responsible for developing our roster of interim executive talent and supporting delivery requirements.
Prior to joining Odgers Interim, Kate was part of a global talent service provider supporting clients across not-for-profit, public sector, and for-profit organizations, and was responsible for leading mid to senior level searches for full-time and interim needs. Previously, Kate was in senior talent acquisition roles at organizations within healthcare, marketing, and hospitality, giving her the diversity of experience required to support the Interim Practice.
Kate completed a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Sociology at McMaster University before completing her Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at George Brown.
